Care Co-Ordinator/Scheduler - Part-Time

Bluebird Care (Wexford) is recruiting a Part-time Care Co-ordinator/Scheduler for Maternity Cover

Bluebird Care provides support to people of all ages and abilities in their homes and communities. We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver the highest standards of care and support services in the community for people of all ages and with very diverse needs.

Based in Wexford town this role includes:

• Rostering Care Worker calls
• Managing relationships with staff, clients and external partners
• Responding to all client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing other administrative support & participating in the emergency on-call phone service
• Reporting to the Co-ordination manager

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working in office administration
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good time management skills and ability to work in a busy environment
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
