Office Administrator - Part-Time

FRS Recruitment are currently recruting for an Office Administrator on behalf of a business that has close connections to the agricultural sector. This is a part-time permanent role and based in Portlaoise.

This role will be office based in Portlaoise , working hours Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm. There will be further flexibility on starting and finishing time if required.

Please note this role will require Saturday work which once a month. This is generally the 2nd last Saturday of the month.

Reporting to one of the Company Managers you will be responsible for the following duties

• Processing incoming telephone calls.
• Greeting customers who visit the office.
• Opening & distribution of post.
• Manage the administrative side of the business.
• Assist Accountant with accounts administration.
• Uploading information and pictures to company website.
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years office administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Organised with abililty to prioritise workload

Remuneration

Hourly rate of 13.50 to 15.50 DOE
