Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Office Manager to join our team at Hilton, based in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work, making it ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work arrangement. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for a candidate who possesses strong people management and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage office operations remotely - Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Manage virtual communication platforms and ensure smooth communication within the team - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Support team members in various tasks as needed - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements: - No prior experience required - Dedicated and resilient personality traits - Strong people management skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
