Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Zutec, a leading construction technology company based in Dublin, is currently seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, we are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual who possesses strong leadership and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks for the company remotely - Support the executive team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Manage and organize company documents and files - Coordinate communication between different departments within the company - Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing company events - Handle any other duties as assigned by management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an office management role - A reliable and adaptable personality - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
