Etsy Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an entry-level position, no years of experience are required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in daily operations tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic planning initiatives - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Support cross-functional teams in various projects and initiatives as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities

Requirements: - Must be reliable and able to work independently - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
