Job Description - Operations Manager - Remote Work

Intercom is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Manager to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in operations management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Oversee project management and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Manage a team of remote employees, providing leadership and guidance as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across the organization - Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Identify training needs and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for the team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise - Critical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Proficiency in project management tools and software
