Job description:
Plynk is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and possess strong leadership and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the management team - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain and organize filing systems - Manage office supplies and equipment - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Assist with event planning and coordination - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in an administrative role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Resourceful and able to think on their feet - Driven and motivated to succeed - Strong leadership and adaptability skills
