Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Artomatix is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for various departments within the company - Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for executives - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members - Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance as needed - Assist with event planning and coordination for company events - Support HR with onboarding new employees and coordinating employee training sessions - Maintain and update company databases and records accurately - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
