Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for senior staff - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain accurate records and databases - Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Critical thinking skills and a knack for innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred
