Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Artomatix is seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator in Dublin, Ireland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within our company.


Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments - Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering replacements as needed - Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports - Support various departments with administrative tasks as requested - Maintain a clean and organized office space


Requirements: - 1 year of experience preferred but not required - Motivated and independent with a strong attention to detail - Ability to think innovatively and problem solve effectively - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
