Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. We are located in Waterford, Munster, IE and are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


As an Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing and organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and maintaining reports and correspondence, handling incoming and outgoing communication, scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing administrative support to various teams within the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic and physical files, managing databases, and assisting with special projects as needed.


The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and passionate about their work, with strong presentation and planning skills. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
