Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home


Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Office Manager to work remotely for Penneys in Cork, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth running of our virtual office.


Responsibilities: - Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing correspondence - Coordinate and oversee all virtual meetings, conferences, and events - Maintain and update company databases and digital filing systems - Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Monitor and order office supplies as needed - Assist with HR tasks such as payroll and benefits administration - Act as a point of contact between employees and management - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Handle any other tasks as assigned by the management team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - Motivated and energetic attitude towards work
