Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Love & Robots is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland, with a focus on supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing company.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize office operations and procedures - Coordinate with team members and external partners - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Assist with scheduling and calendar management - Handle basic bookkeeping tasks - Assist with planning and organizing company events - Perform general administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in office management or a related field - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic office software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate about the company's mission and values - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Presentation skills for virtual meetings and team communications
