Job Description - Online Office Manager

Job Description:


Intercom is seeking a part-time Online Office Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As the Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for our remote team members.


Responsibilities: - Manage virtual office systems and software to streamline communication and collaboration among team members - Coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and resources - Maintain online calendars, schedules, and agendas to keep team members organized and on track - Monitor and manage virtual office expenses and budgets - Provide virtual administrative support to team members as needed - Implement and enforce virtual office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency - Collaborate with HR to onboard and train new remote team members - Maintain a high level of virtual office security and data protection


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role - Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in virtual office software and systems - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
