Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Online Operations Manager to join our team at VMware Ireland in Cork. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, you will take on a crucial role in overseeing the online operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a related field and possess strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of online specialists and provide guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of online initiatives - Oversee the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance online operations - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes - Maintain open communication with stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that arise
