Job Description:
The Cool Bean Company is seeking a dedicated Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our online business.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize online correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and partners. 2. Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual events for the team. 3. Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and projects. 4. Assist in creating and updating online content, including social media posts, blog articles, and website updates. 5. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 6. Coordinate and track online orders, shipments, and inventory. 7. Assist with online marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, online promotions, and advertising. 8. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the growth of the business. 9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Online Virtual Assistant. 2. Resilient and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced virtual work environment. 3. Passionate about supporting the online business and dedicated to achieving success. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and online platforms. 8. Knowledge of online marketing strategies and social media platforms. 9. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. 10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
