Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team at CRH plc in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various remote operations tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in maintaining and optimizing remote operations systems and procedures. 2. Monitor and analyze remote operations data to identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with the operations team to support remote staff and address any issues that may arise. 4. Conduct regular checks to ensure that remote equipment and technology are working effectively. 5. Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to remote operations. 6. Communicate with remote staff to provide guidance and support as needed. 7. Assist in planning and executing remote training sessions for staff. 8. Perform administrative tasks related to remote operations, such as scheduling meetings and updating documentation.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Prior experience in remote operations would be an advantage. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
