Operations Associate

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a detail-oriented and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level role, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational processes within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. 2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow. 3. Monitor and maintain company equipment to ensure optimal performance. 4. Help to develop and implement operational policies and procedures. 5. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. 6. Assist in coordinating and executing special projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Resilient personality with confidence in handling challenges. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team. 4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
