Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Operations Manager to work from home for DHL in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations for our company remotely.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and maximize productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Lead and motivate a team of remote employees to achieve operational goals - Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve communication - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operations - Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational performance - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with team members - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
