LinkedIn Ireland is currently seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and managers. Your duties will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and organizing virtual events. You will also be tasked with conducting research, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable and driven, with a strong attention to detail and excellent cooperation skills. You must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
