Job Description:
Wia is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Personal Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As a Personal Assistant at Wia, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage executives' calendars and scheduling appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with event planning and coordination - Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents - Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of executives - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing - Other duties as assigned by executives
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems - Flexibility to work additional hours as needed - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Remote work flexibility - Equal opportunity employer
