Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Secretary to join our team and work remotely from home in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Drafting and editing documents, reports, and presentations - Maintaining and updating filing systems and databases - Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members - Assisting with event planning and coordination - Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and presentation skills
