Job Description: LinkedIn Ireland is seeking a dedicated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team in Cork. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. You will work remotely and assist with tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and conducting research. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedules for team members - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments - Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners - Conduct research on various topics as needed - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports - Assist with project management and coordination - Manage travel arrangements and expenses - Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other online collaboration tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Persuasive communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively
