Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team at Facebook Ireland in Cork, Cork, IE. This is a part-time, Associate Level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide virtual administrative support to the team - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Coordinate travel arrangements - Assist with project management tasks - Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks
Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about providing efficient support - Strong people management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time management skills
