Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Aylien is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and providing exceptional support to ensure their success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and challenges to provide tailored support and solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients - Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to help clients achieve their objectives - Handle client escalations and troubleshoot any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients - Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management or related roles - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Hardworking and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients - Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management
