Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring all needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive growth and retention - Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends - Collaborate with the sales team to provide data analysis and reports to support sales initiatives - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update account information as needed - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless delivery of services - Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and systems to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales support - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent research skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
