Job Description:

Evervault is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels - Assist with managing accounts, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any client concerns - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Personality Traits: - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Confident in handling client inquiries and resolving issues effectively

Soft Skills: - Project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
