Job description:
YellowSchedule is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team, working remotely from Cork, Ireland. As an Associate level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs - Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and guidance on how to use our software platform effectively - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and product feedback is communicated effectively - Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements: - Personality traits: confident and motivated - Soft skills: emotional intelligence and presentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
