Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Smurfit Kappa Group is seeking a remote part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, and possess strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional account support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels - Maintain and update customer account information and records - Assist with order processing, logistics coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer support strategies - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues that may arise - Analyze data and generate reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
