Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

The Account Support Specialist at WebDoctor will play a crucial role in our remote team based in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, possess strong strategic planning skills, and excel in time management.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to existing clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. 2. Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. 4. Work closely with the finance department to manage account payments and invoicing. 5. Analyze data and trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the internal team. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in account support or client management. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
