Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our remote team at TikTok Dublin. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans to help clients achieve their business goals - Analyze data and provide insights to improve client performance - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their partnership with us - Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most up-to-date recommendations - Attend client meetings and presentations as needed - Handle any escalations from clients and work to resolve them efficiently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or client support - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
