Job Description:
As a Call Center Associate at Penneys, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a remote work setting. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information. You will need to adapt quickly to various situations and troubleshoot effectively to meet customer needs. Your reliability and strong communication skills will be crucial in building positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently - Utilize company software systems to accurately document customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company
Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptable to changing priorities and situations - Reliable and punctual - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Available to work a flexible schedule as needed - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
