Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a highly experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This is a remote work position with part-time hours, perfect for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote call center team. 2. Set performance goals and monitor key metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. 4. Recruit, train, and coach call center staff to ensure they meet performance standards. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to continuously improve operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in call center management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team. 5. Hardworking and adaptable with a strong work ethic. 6. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently. 7. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment.
