Job Description:
Wolfgang Digital, a leading digital marketing agency based in Dublin, is seeking a Call Center Manager to work remotely. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote call center team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support. 2. Monitor call center performance metrics, including call volume, average call time, and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. 4. Train and onboard new call center agents, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all customer interactions meet the company's standards. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively. 5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 6.
