Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Groupon International Limited. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Galway, Connacht, IE on a part-time basis.
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and managing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center representatives to achieve department KPIs and goals. 2. Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement training programs for call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations. 8. Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activity.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a management role. 2. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and managing a high-performing team. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Driven and dedicated personality traits. 6. Critical thinking and attention to detail soft skills. 7. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficient in MS Office and call center software.
