Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Hilton as a remote worker in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a part-time role within a mid-to-senior level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our call center team. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for call center staff - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on call center performance


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in call center management - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
