Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at Beatvyne. This is a remote work position based in Waterford, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the call center operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Implement performance improvement plans and conduct regular performance reviews - Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in a call center environment - Proven track record of success in a leadership role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations effectively - Presentation skills are a plus
