We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our remote team at Teckro in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires at least 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop, implement, and optimize call center processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in call center or customer service management. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 4. Excellent research and project management skills. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in using call center software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
