Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

LogoGrab is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Officer to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and handling a variety of inquiries and concerns from customers. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Proficiency in using call center technology and software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
