Job Description:
Kerry Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support our operations.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, resolve issues, and provide updates - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Conducting research to address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Independent and reliable work ethic with the ability to work remotely - Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset - Excellent research skills to gather information and resolve customer issues effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
