Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and resilient Call Center Officer to join our remote team at Penneys in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any outstanding issues 3. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role 6. Leadership skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be able to handle challenging situations with resilience
