Job Description - Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with strong decision-making and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 4. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Use company-provided equipment to effectively perform remote work duties.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism. 3. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 4. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work.
