Job Description:
Amazon Ireland is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 4. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Driven and independent personality traits. 4. Strong adaptability and research skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with professionalism. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
