Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qualtrics Ireland is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to work remotely from the comfort of their own home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 3 years of experience working in a customer service or call center environment - Energetic and passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent
