Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

NewsWhip, a leading media analytics company, is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, and excel in people management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about products or services to customers - Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Documenting customer interactions in the company's CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Experience in people management and presentation skills is a plus
