Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Google Ireland is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and issues have been resolved - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain professional and composed during challenging interactions - Proven track record of independent problem-solving and resourceful thinking - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Ability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
