Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
