Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

CitySwift is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of chat support representatives - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer experience - Monitor chat support metrics and report on performance - Train and onboard new chat support team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a chat support role - Proven experience managing a team of customer support representatives - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
