Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Groupon International Limited is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Limerick, Munster, IE. We are looking for an energetic and confident individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Assist customers with account management, order tracking, and product information. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Provide product recommendations and promotions to customers based on their needs. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality traits. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
