Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, identifying and addressing client needs, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other online channels to understand their needs and provide support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Monitor client accounts and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client engagement and feedback for internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve our processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Adaptability to changing client needs and market conditions - Motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction - Strategic planning skills to develop long-term client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
